Full Lifecycle Service for Lab Automation.
From system consulting through legacy sustainment, EnduroLab provides every phase of support your automation requires. One team across the entire lifecycle — not a different vendor for each problem.
One Framework.
Most service providers handle one piece of the automation lifecycle. EnduroLab covers all five. This framework defines how we approach every engagement — from the first consultation through decades of ongoing support.
Plan.
Before a single component is ordered, EnduroLab helps you define the right automation strategy for your lab. We assess your current systems, identify gaps and risks, and design a path forward that accounts for your workflow, budget, and growth plans.
This isn't theoretical consulting. It's planning driven by hands-on experience with the same equipment you're running.
What This Includes
System assessment and workflow analysis
Evaluate your current automation stack, identify underperforming equipment, and map dependencies between systems.
Automation roadmaps
Multi-phase plans for upgrading, expanding, or consolidating your lab automation infrastructure.
Vendor-neutral recommendations
Equipment and configuration recommendations based on performance, not brand loyalty. Independent perspective.
Risk and EOL planning
Identify which systems are approaching end-of-life and plan transition or sustainment strategies before they become emergencies.
Build.
EnduroLab designs, integrates, and commissions complete automation systems. This includes mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, control panel design, PLC programming, and end-to-end system validation.
Every build is engineered for serviceability. The systems we integrate are designed to be maintained, repaired, and upgraded without tearing everything apart.
What This Includes
Hardware integration
Robots, liquid handlers, incubators, readers, and peripheral instruments assembled into a cohesive automated cell.
Control panel design and build
Custom electrical panels with Beckhoff, Allen-Bradley, Keyence and other components. Wired, tested, and documented.
System commissioning
Full IQ/OQ-ready commissioning at the client site. Every axis, every sensor, every sequence validated before handoff.
Custom fabrication
Brackets, adapters, enclosures, and mechanical components designed and manufactured for integration needs that off-the-shelf parts can't solve.
Service.
When equipment goes down, EnduroLab responds with engineers who already know the system. Most repairs are completed on the first trip.
For labs that can't afford unplanned downtime, we also offer scheduled preventive maintenance programs that catch problems before they become emergencies.
What This Includes
On-demand repair
Emergency and scheduled repairs for all supported equipment. Electromechanical, controls, pneumatics, and software troubleshooting.
Preventive maintenance programs
Scheduled visits on quarterly, semi-annual, or annual cadences. Inspection checklists, calibration, wear-item replacement, and performance benchmarking.
Remote diagnostics
When possible, EnduroLab troubleshoots remotely before dispatching an engineer. Reduces downtime and cost for issues that can be resolved without an on-site visit.
Multi-system coverage
One service visit covers everything in the lab. GNF incubators, Brooks robots, Inheco thermal cyclers, liquid handlers — all under one SLA instead of four separate OEM contracts.
Verify.
A system that "works" is not the same as a system that works to spec. EnduroLab verifies every repair, every PM visit, and every commissioning against documented performance standards.
For regulated environments, we work alongside your team to build the testing, calibration, and documentation required to support your quality and compliance processes.
What This Includes
Calibration services
Dispense volume, positional accuracy, temperature uniformity, and timing calibration across all supported equipment types.
Performance validation
Post-service benchmarking against baseline specs. Ensures the system performs the same after service as it did at commissioning.
Documentation
Service reports, calibration certificates, and test results formatted for regulatory and quality system requirements.
Sustain.
OEMs stop supporting equipment. Parts get discontinued. Service techs move on to newer platforms. But the lab still depends on the system.
EnduroLab specializes in keeping automation systems running long after the manufacturer has moved on. We maintain inventory on critical components and reverse-engineer discontinued parts when necessary.
What This Includes
EOL/EOS equipment service
Continued repair and maintenance for platforms that OEMs no longer support. GNF Systems, early-generation Brooks, and legacy automation from discontinued product lines.
Parts sourcing and fabrication
Hard-to-find and discontinued components sourced through broad networks or reverse-engineered and fabricated when no supply exists.
System life extension
Retrofits, controller upgrades, and component-level modernization that extends the useful life of existing automation without full system replacement.
Transition planning
When a system truly reaches end-of-life, EnduroLab helps plan the transition to a replacement platform, including data migration and workflow continuity.
Flexible Service Models.
