EnduroLab didn't start as a business plan. It started with a problem that nobody else was solving.
Pharma and biotech labs depend on complex automation systems to run high-throughput screening, drug discovery workflows, and production processes. When those systems go down, the options are limited: wait weeks for an OEM service visit, pay for a technician who doesn't know the specific platform, or try to fix it in-house with limited documentation.

Not a software company. A team of engineers who have designed, built, commissioned, and maintained these systems across their entire lifecycle.

John Crowers
Co-Founder
End-to-end experience with complex automation systems, including production, commissioning, and field service. Background includes GNF Systems operations, naval engineering, and aerospace manufacturing in high-consequence environments.
William Smithayer
Co-Founder
Engineering background with cross-disciplinary expertise in electrical, mechanical, and software systems, leading full lifecycle development from design through manufacturing and field service. Extensive experience in lab automation for applications including drug discovery, personalized immunotherapy, and radiopharmaceuticals.
